How do I buy a product?
Add the items you want to the cart and go to checkout. You can shop as a guest or create an account. After successful payment we’ll send a confirmation by email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@karmaprobeautystore.no or +47 909 46 419. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are often shipped the same day, so we recommend getting in touch immediately.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account via «My account» in the menu. An account makes it easier to keep track of orders, but you can also shop as a guest.
How do I return a product?
You have a 14-day right of return on unused products in original, undamaged packaging. Contact us with your order number to start a return. See Returns & refunds for all terms.
How long is the delivery time?
Normal delivery time is 1–4 business days within Norway with PostNord. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when the parcel is shipped. See Shipping & delivery.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept credit/debit cards, Vipps MobilePay and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are stated in NOK and include VAT.
Do you offer a warranty on the products?
Your purchase is covered by the right of complaint under the Norwegian Sale of Goods Act, with a deadline of up to two — or possibly five — years depending on the product’s expected lifespan. Contact us in case of faults or defects.
