Return period

You have the right to return the item within 14 days after receiving your order.

Return conditions

The product must be unused, in original and undamaged packaging. Strict hygiene requirements apply to cosmetic products: the seal must not be opened, broken or tampered with. Products that do not meet these requirements cannot be returned.

How to return

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the item, the refund is processed within 7–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was delivered incorrectly or was damaged on receipt.

Exceptions to the right of return

The following cannot be returned: cosmetic products that have been opened, used or where the seal is broken.

Complaints

If the item is defective, you must notify us (complaint) within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it. The complaint deadline is never shorter than two months from when you discovered the defect, and at the latest two years after delivery — or five years if the item is intended to last significantly longer under normal use.
