Delivery time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are usually shipped the same day. Delivery time is normally 1–4 business days, depending on where in the country you are located.

Shipping options and prices

We use PostNord as our shipping provider. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment and depends on weight and the chosen delivery method.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email when the parcel is shipped. All parcels are sent with tracking.

Uncollected parcels

If the parcel is not collected within the deadline, it is returned to us. In such cases the customer is charged return costs and a handling fee of 149 kr.

Important information

Make sure your name, address and phone number are correct when ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or conditions at the carrier.
