How do I buy a product?<\/summary>

Add the items you want to the cart and go to checkout. You can shop as a guest or create an account. After successful payment we’ll send a confirmation by email.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Can I cancel or change my order?<\/summary>

Contact us as soon as possible at info@karmaprobeautystore.no<\/a> or +47 909 46 419. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are often shipped the same day, so we recommend getting in touch immediately.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

How do I create an account?<\/summary>

You can create an account via «My account» in the menu. An account makes it easier to keep track of orders, but you can also shop as a guest.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

How do I return a product?<\/summary>

You have a 14-day right of return on unused products in original, undamaged packaging. Contact us with your order number to start a return. See Returns & refunds<\/a> for all terms.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

How long is the delivery time?<\/summary>

Normal delivery time is 1–4 business days within Norway with PostNord. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when the parcel is shipped. See Shipping & delivery<\/a>.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Which payment methods can I use?<\/summary>

We accept credit\/debit cards, Vipps MobilePay and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are stated in NOK and include VAT.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Do you offer a warranty on the products?<\/summary>

Your purchase is covered by the right of complaint under the Norwegian Sale of Goods Act, with a deadline of up to two — or possibly five — years depending on the product’s expected lifespan. Contact us in case of faults or defects.<\/p><\/div><\/details><\/div><\/div><\/div>
