  • For cosmetic products, the packaging must not be opened or tampered with due to hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for the return are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
